Nothing starts without coffee, in either country! ha ha Thus the first photo must be of this amazing drink the Monks in Ethiopia found! Yes, but they drank it only hot. Ask me for the whole story. But here in Greece, during the summer, they drink it cold, as a Frappe, and it's a daily event. Yipeee.
